In a moment of gratitude for the music in my life, for all the amazing musicians, beautiful people and connections I have made along the way on this musical journey of mine, I wrote "Beauty"
I started singing at age 4 and through a miraculous turn of events and synchronicities, I found an old recording of myself singing nursery rhymes at age 4. On this recording was my father (now passed away) in Spanish, encouraging me to "sing another song" this is literally the first time I ever opened my mouth to sing...
There were also snippets of friends and other childhood moments, that have made their way onto this final mix, years later, who would've thought?
You could call this a ballad, a love song to the spirit of music that flows through all, where would we be without music, or without art and dance and creativity for that matter...
I am humbled and awed, and hope to, in some way add to this universal pool of beauty and joy and to encourage all of YOU, who may be pursuing similiar musical paths, taking lessons, playing clubs, teaching...to keep the music flowing. Keep your creative talents flowing...this is your legacy
